From the 16th March RNS:

In addition, the Company has now submitted the application for the requisite environmental permit in respect of AKHM to the Minerals Commission and Environmental Protection Authority in Ghana and the board of GoldStone (the "Board") expects that the environmental permit will be awarded within the next three months.

Now 5 months...Covid 19 notwithstanding, and overdue. If the Government wants to create jobs and tax and royalty revenues, it needs to get its finger out. Investors are becoming impatient..

Looks like a re-rate is starting, premium being demanded for small lines of stock, hardly anything on-line.

Management and associated parties have nearly 50% of the shares which is always a good sign.
