Or put another way they believe this should be the end of the down wave - a bottom range should be defined in the next 18 months and then re-rating after that - if all goes to plan.

Fenseal if I'm reading the above correctly they expect the share price to be trading within a sideways channel for the next 18 months - which means I would not be expecting a reversal in trend just yet.

(Of course they may find some big diamonds which would change all that)

Hi Fenseal - share price still inside the resistance and support(15) lines on my last chart. We will know more about the resistance line tomorrow - if it opens higher share price will be on the other side of that line but will it race upwards?

If it opens down then resistance line still holding - test support?

Question is how is Mr Market pricing in the next round of RNSs.

The reason I was asking about the effect of an Acquisition RNS on share price is because for example, according to Investopedia short term effect on sp:

"In general, the acquiring company's stock will fall..."

So is this why the share price has been going down - is Mr Market already pricing that in?

That may leave the door open for a bounce from any more good news of diamond finds and Diatech results.

The boss indicated that every week they are finding diamonds in that last audio interview.

BUT the finds need to show that this is a commercially viable operation before Mr Market takes the company seriously. As I said before this will be over the next 5 months from my own perspective. As always Only my view - take it with a pinch of salt.

i think they were priced in for failure

i dont think investors want 100% , they need 400% just to break even.

This is NOT a recommendation but question

I know these are different sectors but I see MoPowered Group PLC RNS Placing, Acquisition and Licence and as a result its share price has went up 121% - do you expect GSR Acquisition RNS to have the same type of effect?

TA stuff - just ignore if not interested.

3 down wave won - my hope of a move from 4 to 5 failed - I did think on the RNS 4 would hold and share price would go up - and I bought. This is why TA is gambling flip of a coin stuff - there's always at least 2 view points.

My ADVFN chart now looks like this - really interesting now - looking for a triple bottom and support 15/16 and break out - however if the next RNS is not for a few weeks bear are "free" to do want ever they want. Only my view.

shokty, i'd rather go straight to the source, the man himself says nothing to report, so unless you can provide any proof then its all BS
