Lets assume they were all issued at 0.15p this equals £2.7m. Previously they needed £500k Feb and May via Darwin. So assuming yet again they need £500k every quarter this is about 5 quarters worth.

How much is an acquisition these days which is cash generating? Take that away from £2.7m - will we be left with enough funding for 2, 3, 4 quarters?

If this is to be the last raising of capital via share issue this means they believe they will be self sustaining within the year?

key word here is acquisitions, and how do acquisitions take place? through the issue of shares.

Hi fenseal - here's 1 possible scenario and the one I was hoping would play out. (I've included the support line which I called 20/215 support and it has failed) I'm hoping that 3 will not extend back down to 2 or 0 lows but instead we get a breakout and head towards 5.

thanks hm - I assumed it wasn't the AGM because last year it was in Jun and the RNS had the title Notice of AGM.

i think what they will say is something along the lines of

approval to issue upto x number of shares as and when required


we know funding will be needed going forward and they are not allowed to issue any more shares with calling an EGM, it won't necessarily mean funding is imminent.

PS: its the annual GM

there will probably be a few more items on the agenda as well imo

RNS Notice of General Meeting - is this about issue shares? In the 6th of Feb they told us they needed to raise capital - they haven't here so perhaps not.

I assume the Explanatory Memorandum will explain all.

Hi fenseal - I was hoping for a bounce at 215/20 - so my crystal ball needs a good shaking

You can see in the big chart in the header our short term down wave - 20 is now resistance and 15/16 is support.

I wish our shorters would get caught out like NEW!

Peeps forget that when this goes you can not buy, i have just done a 1m dummy buy and can't get them, news is due and if good back to 0.6p for starters, GLA!!!
