Next week my guessology points to a sideways movement in gold and silver. The US$ should push the GB£ down a little to hit $1.27 - $1.28. Whether to buy, hold or sell is our own call really as always. No one else to blame then if it goes all pear shaped.

Difficult to say just where gold and silver will go to, and that applies to the US$, C$, AU$ and GB£. Ideally a rise in both gold and silver combined with a weak GB£ and strong US$, C$ and AU$. Unlikely to get all of these.

At a Net Asset Value of: 70.90p the Diluted Asset Value is 65.12p for GPM.

65.12p - 46.14p = 18.98p for GPSS.

GPM now at a significant discount to diluted NAV (c. 7-8%, or around 4p).

GPSS at a very small discount to GPM, so around 9% discount to NAV.

I'm expecting yesterdays NAV to up a little from the day before when it reports later.

But still very much waiting to see what the gold and silver prices will do..
Gold futures still in contango of around $5 per month.
Silver futures are much more flat now.

63.67p - 46.14p = 17.53p for GPSS.

Gold trying to position itself in the $1,900 - $1,920 range from the $1,880 - $1,900 range.

Precious Metals Limited NAV on 29 September ----- NAV = 70.51p. Fully diluted NAV = 64.77p.

GPSS fully diluted NAV 64.77p - 46.14p = 18.63p

GPSS shares should trade 13p - 14.5p though many will have been put off by the fall. Buying yesterday at 9.8p approx looks an opportunity passed if you didn't grab it. Some will soon pounce as gold heads for $1,900 once more.

Gold and silver seemed to have found a floor. Difficult to guess though a challenge for gold at $1,900 looks likely in the short term. NAV is just below 70p and diluted value about 64p. 60p for GPM with a diluted discount of 6% looks fair.
However, tomorrow is another day for the NAV.

More bargain to be had short term in GPSS. with a diluted NAV of 61p from yesterday and likely increased when announced today - they should be trading at about 15p.
