18/12/2023 10:28 | 1hercule Off topic responding to ihercule please excuse: TSX WRLG has a web site West Red Lake Gold hxxps://westredlakeg I have also set up two threads but one links to charts and the other links to the Moniter (Do not ask I tried to get help from ADVFN support it is cos its a Canadian stock I guess and I initially did not put TSX in one I think) Essentially they had their own project and mining operation they are setting up and then they inherited PURE GOLd that ran out of money for a song along with SPROTT. So Pure Gold share holders lost out. (SPROTT were debt holders from memory) If you are familar Pure Gold were finding bonaza or very near bonaza grades and their existing project had already discovered incredibly high grades. They have recently raised Can$15M @ Can$0.52 and Sprott have in addition converted U$2.6M of their convert from the Pure deal at Can$0.52 raising another Can$3.6M giving a total of circa Can$18.6M to the company. Recent grades have been as high as 296 grams a ton and 56, 53 and 47 grams/ton, Plenty have been in the 15 to 29 grams/ton. Bonaza grades tend to be viewes as anything better than 34 grams/ton or more than 1 troy oz per ton. So it is arguabbly pretty Fandabi Dozi. Depends on your time frame but worth a look. IMHO Appologies for cluttering up the thread. | seagreen
18/12/2023 07:56 | My macro commentary focuses on the nuances around the Fed Pivot and the importance of the stock market and economy cracking before any real bull market or big move in Gold can occur. I also opine on spending more time on company analysis versus trying to predict macro, which absolutely no one has gotten right the past few years. A comment from Jordan Byrne | atlantic57
17/12/2023 16:45 | "Gold ended the week at $2019 having explored below $2000 before the Fed announced its rate decision, which sparked a pivot party across US equity markets and Gold headed north. I said last week that we should know which way things are going after this week’s CPI numbers and the Fed meeting. Sadly I’m not so sure it is clear yet, but on balance it looks promising for Gold bulls." | papillon

14/12/2023 19:52 | You obviously could buy below the mid price, arbus5000, as jester jim proved. Unfortunately MM's don't record whether a particular trade is a buy, or sell. Both advfn and the London Stock Exchange base their buy and sell information on whether a trade is above, or below, the arbitrary mid price. In other words they guess. Again MM's don't issue a mid price. They only issue a bid and offer price. | papillon |
