Wwe ever know the truth - will the auditors/administrators prepare a report into how the fraud took place, what happened to Costis and the cash, and will any report be publicly distributed (or presumably at least to the shareholders)?

faruk.. the thing is red flags were pointed out by many posters and writers for nearly 2 years. Did you take heed of those or just ignored them.

Loverat, there is none as blind as those that will not see.

EC, jaknife and firende (plus many others) all gave very cogent reasons here over a long period of time.

To make things clear.

I have 2 usernames. I only use this user name when I am neutral to positive. Why I have not posted using this username on GBO before should be obvious. Indeed I have not had anything neutral to positive to say since August, so have not posted.

My other username I use for exactly the same purpose, but where I hold a negative view. As that username rarely gets mature and intelligent responses the reason for having a separate username for negative views should again be obvious.

Posters like 7Kiwi the ones to learn from in future. Other useful bear contributors? - very few I'm afraid. Unfortunately any serious messages were lost in the bull v bear bunfights and vested interests of those posting.

0p confirmed for shareholders. Getting a Class Action organised is your best bet. If Sharesoc have given up on their help the current directors nonsense and will take the lead then they may be well placed to do it, though Roger Lawson has really destroyed his credibility in the matter.

Total loss to shareholders. Luckily "only" a grand for me, but bad timing on my part as I was just parking it here in the hope of a few% before moving it into a CPX.

One of the worst corporate frauds I've seen.

Lesson - listen to the boring accountant types like 7Kiwi; he may be dull but he got this spot on.
