Good afternoon

Having sold out earlier at c. 0.09, have now reflected on the earlier posts signifying a large buyer.
I wonder (dyor) if the earlier large buys are connected with todays resignation and maybe a t/o is in the offing so that the large buyer appoints a new Exec.

All guesswork and the earlier large buyer may have been as unaware as some PIs and I were.

I bought back in (a few only) at 0.08.

He won't be able to avail of his recent remuneration package either as it's held in an escrow account for 90 days so he may have got an offer to go somewhere else with a much more attractive package which meant he was prepared to forfeit this one.

Yes it's with the immediate effect part that is concerning. Never a good sign but could be oversold if it's for a valid reason.

If share price keeps falling their discount placing will be extremely low . Trp did one at 50% discount few months ago.I'm guessing around 0.03p'"However, executing this restructuring plan may require the support of shareholders. It doesn't need a reason to drop.No news and uncertainty on aim and it only goes one way .

I am afraid I agree and see it drifting down to single figures as listened to the latest podcast and just seemed waffle with no concrete news and unimpressed by directors options at .06

It depends on management -

Bought NGP at 0.08p -

Took a small stake. New management took equity stake and within months placing at 5p per share -

Of course that is unlikely here but management do count -
