22/11/2007 09:52 | this has really been disappointing to say the least.. I think what is worrying is that large trade a few days ago which appears like I think the CEO or some such insider sold out... this is a recovery stock which makes it slightly dodgy... slap | slapdash
21/11/2007 22:37 | Seems to me there has been a 5k seller around. This is now at the bottom of recent chart bottom. Nothing has changed here at all. Another ship is due at anytime. A bargain at this level for sure IMO. I expect the US to cut rates again, BB came under some pressure during the recent question and answer session held by a Senate committee. A few on Wall St are suggesting that there is considerable value around at these levels. I expect to see some recovery shortly. | tadtech
21/11/2007 22:34 | Is just late reporting - you can guarantee that if its down 10% then there have been considerably more sells than buys. Buy/Sell data is pointless unless you know the spread at the time of the trade, but delays etc make it impossible | stegrego
21/11/2007 19:44 | luckily picked up 10k at 113.5, showing as a ? trade. But won't be surprised if it drops again tomorrow. Still must be great value at this level. Strangely CKN was up today of all days and has stayed flat recently so switched out of that. Couple of late 40k buys seems to indicate many more buys than sells today. | deadly
21/11/2007 09:58 | will add but other more needy shares need my attention at the mo. Agree doom and gloom brigade making this a tricky market. | bigbobjoylove
20/11/2007 11:45 | Though gift at 1.40, stop kicked in, never expected to happen. Doom merchants are in full force at the mo, bargains to be had in the next few months. | mustau
20/11/2007 10:09 | You might want to read this before getting too excited: DYOR etc. | randsys
20/11/2007 10:04 | Gift of a price. | bigbobjoylove
19/11/2007 16:40 | sure but could equally go down a lot on a modest amount of selling... that is the crux with low liquidity shares Slapper | slapdash
19/11/2007 16:36 | Slap The AIM is awash with red today. This company is trading on one of the lowest forward PE's in the sector. These will rally strongly on a most modest amount of buying IMO. | tadtech
19/11/2007 16:31 | the obvious question is am I being an idiot for holding onto these???? GPRT director bought about £500k of stock today.... frieght rates appear to be staying high or going up again... but this one obviously has recovery risk Slap | slapdash
15/11/2007 12:15 | Into the pension I would suspect.....we'll find out in the morning. | liarspoker
15/11/2007 11:55 | He may have sold it to another investor or company wishing to invest in GOC, or it may be just a transfer into another account or possibly to a relative. Time will tell | cb7
15/11/2007 11:47 | CB7 - was this expected/planned? | amitkoth
15/11/2007 10:50 | its Tildough's 14.33%, which belongs to the ceo | cb7
15/11/2007 10:48 | Expect a RNS later. Interesting. This company is undervalued IMO. | tadtech
15/11/2007 10:45 | Huge ordinary trade just gone through. I make that some 15% of the entire share capital. | simonparker5
15/11/2007 10:45 | 5.7m shares bought at 1.47 with conditions???? Over 10% of the company???? Director buy??? Ins buy?? | tadtech
14/11/2007 22:26 | Happy to hold. This is undervalued compared to many of its peers. Could bounce very strongly on decent buying volumes. News on a new ship expected shortly. | tadtech
14/11/2007 22:15 | SP is a lot less volatile than Dryships in the US. Bought in at 154 as a UK similar company to Dryships. HK | harrykewell
14/11/2007 20:09 | Are shipping rates drifting or is it just general market weakness hitting here? | matt
12/11/2007 17:01 | I guess the attendent publicity (surrounding a HC float) will catch the eye of analysts and allow them an excuse to point out the relative merits of GOC/GBSL | m.t.glass |
