Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 19 March 2021 it purchased 40,000 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 131.0 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 20,791,418 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 12,104,030 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares. The total number of voting rights associated with the ZDP Shares is therefore 8,687,388.
