Further to the announcement on 10 May 2019, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas Michael Wakefield as a non-executive director to the Board with effect from 4 June 2019.

Mr Nicholas Michael Wakefield (age 45) is currently a director of, or during the past five years has been a director of, the following companies:

Golf is part of the Somerston Group of companies which collectively holds 83,017,496 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 26.6 per cent of the current issued share capital.
