06/6/2023 04:15 | Johnjames876 what a pathetic post !!! so all those people who bought shares are mugs are they, I assume you are either a disgruntled holder or someone who has nothing better to do !!! | parsons4
22/5/2023 14:11 | Terrible management | paddygangster
18/4/2023 15:38 | There was bound to be selling at .15 as many investors from the last placing would be happy to get their money back !! We need some very positive news to go much higher. | parsons4
18/4/2023 12:43 | Somebody has just invested £10k, I hope they know something we don't !!! | parsons4
12/4/2023 10:20 | it really does make you wonder who is mug enough to give them £2m. | niggle
02/4/2023 09:21 | Therefore total cash after the February placing was roughly GBP 2 4 million , which on current spending is enough for the rest of 2023 imo. | jungmana
02/4/2023 09:11 | You are mistaken with the cash figure. The GBP 1.7 million was as of 31st December 2022 but most of that was spent and they were down to just GBP 400k at the time of pla ing in mid February 2023.From the placing rns in mid - February;"As detailed in the Group's final results' announcement on 23 December 2022, the Board has agreed the Group will require additional external funding, in order to continue to deliver its strategy. Today, the Group has cash of GBP0.4m. Given the continued investment in Athlos, the directors believe the Company will require additional working capital in March 2023." | jungmana
02/4/2023 09:07 | Fully diluted will be 4+ billion shares . Currentlly 2.7 billion in issue, 1.3 billion of warrants at 0.225p and roughly 250m warrants at 0.15p. | jungmana
02/4/2023 07:57 | Your forgetting the warrants lol billions of them over the years . | goforgold1
31/3/2023 13:00 | so, 2.6 billion shares?, and total approx £3.7 million in cash?, current mkt cap, 2.8 million or so. more cash than mkt cap now? what am i missing? seems like an opportunity? l | lazygun
31/3/2023 09:18 | ....no real clear strategy to get ahead.... exactly - but for athlos - without any clear assurance there too | kaos3
31/3/2023 09:04 | Results exactly as company expected , as per 9th feb rns , so on track | blades38
31/3/2023 09:01 | Unfortunately there is little positive news in that report. The upside is they are speculating a better year in 2024, which isnt much to go on. I also didnt see a mention about the esports arena, anyone else catch it? I do feel this company has alot of potential but they seem to be lagging behind at the moment, with no real clear strategy to get ahead. With the tech they have and the large social media presence id have expected a tsunami of gaming companies to be lining up to use their offerings, sadly its not the case, yet! | fitnessman
31/3/2023 08:49 | This is about to go red again. A lot of negatives in that report. | genierub
31/3/2023 08:05 | I have topped up over the last few days, glad I did !!! This is currently priced to go bust, which I don't think will happen. The main man has gone as they have needed to change strategy. It seems this is starting to work. GLA | parsons4
15/3/2023 07:42 | kaos3 good post, interesting times, this company could yet make it !!! I took some of the placing shares mainly for the warrants. So I now have a large holding and am waiting for some good news. GLA | parsons4
14/3/2023 22:21 | might be wrong ... but he invested in blur group, falkland oil, pinewood studios ... all after the huge drop.... all his investments are not public any more ... soon after he invested... not good for us small fishes might be the wrong mr keith btw | kaos3
14/3/2023 14:44 | hi tomboyb - is this the Robert Keith of Eidos? do you know much of his current business interests? and why buy 12% of GFIN. maybe he has inside on the sale negotiations? All IMHO, DYOR + BoL GFIN is in my portfolio | thirty fifty twenty
14/3/2023 11:24 | Robert Keith up >>> 12% - | tomboyb
28/2/2023 14:56 | I will be very happy if the shares stay below the placing price as the repriced warrants from the last placing will be running out on about the 4th of April. | parsons4
15/2/2023 09:02 | Whoosh! GLA LTHers! | kemche
14/2/2023 14:50 | See page 6026 of this article from June 2010 ( old name ACR ) ;The government of Zimbabwe has stockpiled more than four million carats of diamonds that were mined at the Chiadzwa diamond fields between 2006 and last month, reports the state-owned The Herald.Included in the stockpile, estimated to be worth between US$32 million and US$1.7 billion, is the diamond parcel of129,000 carats belonging to African Consolidated Resources. Those diamonds are currently being kept at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe until ACRâs rights dispute with the courts is resolved. | jungmana
14/2/2023 14:43 | The company lodged a legal process since 2010 to recover this diamonds but the case dragged on for years until a director of vast was appointed 2 years back as CEO of ZCDC ( Zimbabwe Government's diamond industry body). Now let's wait and see if they will finally get their diamonds back | jungmana
14/2/2023 14:39 | Yes vast is another AIM failure but the diamonds are real. Vast was known before as ACR ( African Consolidated Resources) and had parcels of diamonds seized in a licence dispute about 2009.The Company was involved in gold and diamonds industry in Zimbabwe at the time | jungmana |
