Chart patterns can be over any period, however they can’t always be relied upon. I’m thinking this is another trader trap and that with further news the upward trend will continue. Bwtfdik

Basically, it may look like a head and shoulders, but why would you draw any conclusion after a one month trading pattern. If you base your decisions upon such a short period you should not be investing in financial securities. Leave that choice to the high frequency traders.

H&S is over a lot longer period.

Plasbryn, On the last market price based chart, we would need to see eod close below 27.6 to confirm the H&S pattern. In that case target would be approx 17-18p
50sma is currently 17.9 and rising.

If it is, than is one long neck, and you do not get those structures after ten days trading, likely to suck in sellers!

A close below 27.5 could signal that but is steep soon after news imo more likely a classic bear trap. Depends now on news I guess

Interesting link. Its good GTC are not going it alone and already have the MOU and the whole project has serious backing.

You could be right yump, there will be a lot to do on the main SGN side, although my feeling is that much of the groundwork (planning wise if not physically) has been worked through already hence an MOU in place with H2 Green / Getech in terms of the positioning of the hubs.

SGN are already busy on the PR side if this video is any guide (thanks to Malik on LSE):

Good time to just sit on the shares. Its not a hyped up, unproven business in the first place, so there's a good chance that it might be one of those stocks where reality at some point does meet imagination.

I think they will just get on with business. There have never been any signs that they like to proclaim the big world-beating stuff to everyone. My guess is that because it hasn't captured a troop of followers, any announcements on actual progress might not be greeted with silly share price jumps and there will be time to get in at various points.

Also, I can't imagine any earth shattering announcements for a while - there's a lot of work to be done before there's an actual hydrogen development project underway.

I don't disagree at all, buying on a T20 and I don't want to sell my other holdings means I'm prepared to be out until further developments happen

If you look at the minuscule market cap, together with the outstanding prospects with the H2 Green / SGN collaboration, this is a screaming buy. Really can’t understand why anyone would be selling out at this juncture.

ITM used to get all kinds of flak on ADVFN before it signed up with Linde AG. Now they can’t get enough of them at 15 times the price.

I’m pleased to see the flak here and look forward to the eventual re-rating to, let’s say, something above 1 with a pound sign in front of it, perhaps within a year of signing up with SGN via H2 Green.

I'd rather back a proven hydrogen/renewable producer like ITM, CWR, AFC

I sold out yesterday. I had held this for almost 2 years and sold for roughly my purchase price of around 29p. It took time and effort to sell 45,000 shares. Having seen the share price recover from a low of about 8p, I was pleasantly surprised by the hydrogen deal and the attention it brought to the company and the share price But I am a sceptic about the hype surrounding hydrogen and the inflated valuations of related companies. I'd rather back oil for the time being!
