Very undervalued.
Currently similar to ZOO at 9p. Hardly anyone following it.

Liberum has upped target price to 56p highlighting that Virtual Cabinet (at the time of writing) is worth more than the current mkt value!

I note the proposed new incentive scheme will kick in at a higher share price level than the previous one, a sign of intent?'The existing scheme begins to accrue value to management at a share price above 37.9 pence per share. It is intended that the proposed new scheme, which would replace the existing scheme in its entirety for the executive directors, would increase the initial hurdle by over 21% but reward management more at higher share price levels. The proposed scheme would accordingly have a higher hurdle of 46 pence per share, some 67% above the three-month average trailing share price and 58% above the closing share price on 22 July 2019.'

I think we may see a slow but steady rise here over the coming months up towards Liberium's 52p target and beyond. Very impressive.

Positive set of interims. Total sales up 19% and recurring revenue increased by 20%, with the adjusted pretax loss reduced by 42% and net cash of £1.9m. "The strong start to the year and the momentum that we have built has given us confidence that revenue for 2019 will be ahead of current market expectations." Daniel Rabie.

Quiet board I see. It doesn't seem to take much to move this up. My 3k purchase just did the job. A nice start to my jump into these shares. They look undervalued with profitability probably just around the corner. I was actually alerted to them from a Swedish Value Investor tip. I don't think that they normally do UK AIM stocks so it jumped out at me. Think I might have got in right at the bottom here.....

AGM Trading update

GetBusy plc, a leading developer of document management and productivity software products, is pleased to provide an update on trading ahead of today's AGM, to be held at 11am at the offices of Grant Thornton, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU. Performance in the first quarter of the current financial year has been in line with the Board's expectations and our expectations for the full year remain unchanged. Each part of the business is performing well.

We have increased our investment in UK sales and marketing capabilities for our cloud-based SmartVault product and we continue to build brand presence and a base of subscription customers in the smaller accounting and bookkeeping market. The migration to the Amazon Web Services environment, which significantly improves the scalability, security and stability of the product, is now complete and the platform performed well during the recent peak US tax season.

For Virtual Cabinet, we have recently launched a mobile app which offers a cloud-like experience for users and delivers significant additional value into the existing customer base, making much of the functionality available to remote workers without the need for conventional VPN connections.

We have continued to invest in beta user acquisition for our GetBusy product and have been pleased with the results so far. We have now reached the important milestone of having active customers (albeit currently on non-paying plans) from whom we can understand precisely how the product is delivering tangible value to business communication and workflows. The technology stack we have built around GetBusy provides us with valuable insight into the user journey and detailed data from which we are iterating the product and value proposition.

Some v big trades yesterday :
2,700,000 @30p
1,800,000 @30p
200,000 @30p

City Financial (currently forced sellers) had 2,700,000 @ 30/09/18 - so, suspect, it's them. At a guess, their holding has been sold and 2,000,000 immediately taken up - leaving a question mark over the other 700,000.

No position
