33 mil market cap nice work if you can get it.

Looks crazily overvalued but that's the market now, either seriously undervalued or crazily overvalued, not many stocks sit at fair value anymore

Very little noise for this; surprising!

Good earnings, fantastic value and cash rich.

Their marketing is very compelling, this will play well bringing "get busy" to existing VitualCabinet/Smart Vault clients (27% of UK's largest accounting firms are using Virtual Cabinet).

Looking forward to half year results announced on Wednesday 1 August.

Decent looking results, it looks totally off investors radar looking at the lack of interest. 20% revenue revenue growth in a Saas business, approaching break even on cashflow, £14.5m Mkt cap on revenues of about £9m looks cheap.

Document management software business admitted to trading on AIM via a fully underwritten £3.0 million rights issue

GetBusy Plc (AIM: GETB.L), the developer of SmartVault and Virtual Cabinet document management software, announces its admission to trading on AIM at 08:00 UK time today ("Admission"), having raised £3.0 million via a fully underwritten rights issue.

The number of shares in issue immediately after admission will be 48,399,614 giving the Company a Market Capitalisation of approximately £13.7 million at the Rights Issue Price of 28.3 pence (A$0.48).
