This is the time to buy shares in this company. This is the turning point, as the company has refuted Mr TW's false accusation by way of its presentation. Patience will be rewarded. I have looked at so many share charts of different companies, some of which double in a year. One should be grateful for a doubling in share price in a year, but in this case, I think it will double much sooner.

Weren't too happy with the silly drop so I contacted the company. Below were their response:

"We are fully aware of the current speculation in the market and wish to reassure investors it is just that, speculation. Many of these points have been addressed by management in an LSE presentation this morning. The presentation can be viewed here. We will continue to update the market and promote our factual, positive news on our operational progress.

We are focused on building shareholder value and assure you that the facts released by the Company are fully supported by the Prospectus, which includes the CPR and Title opinions for both properties approved by both the FCA and LSE."

GEX arent putting out Presentations and interveiws because of the TW article.this PR campaign would have all been planned ahead of the start of trading.

i know i got caught yup in some of the fizz here buying @14 and 15p but i added at 11.60 and 10.80 and still think this will be a terrific investment if were PATIENT.

SURELY THERE MUST BE SOME FIZZ IN DECEMBER WHEN THE TARGET SPUD PRICE IS 124p

this could be a life changing share if the drill comes in and it would be frightening to think what the price could reach with less than 100m shares and a freefloat of @30m shares.

the directors put over 2.5million in and mitton and freinds over 6million in at 12.5p

so be brave and hold your stock and add on weakness if you can.

At this price it is tempting to take #GEX out and go private 🤣. TW has done the retail investors a big favour. Re-entering those proven wells in Dec and you are looking at 50p plus. The more this drops the more I buy.

Invest is what l do here and if posts did not affect my holdings l would not post in response of un proven hearsay . The number of posters trying to sway new investors to sell is intolerable ! This has to stop ! Price should gain its own merits without the weight of unfazed bloggers , today 3 have been immediately removed by Lse so your posts are being logged .

I am a holder and never sold out and do not intend to .

My goals here are way bigger than a few quid and l don’t like being tripped up by none holders who are not at risk of loosing but quite the opposite they gain from my losses .

Agreed. 1 post can’t affect a share price but a bulletin board filled with naysayers and squabbling or deranged imbeciles (like the ADVFN board) can put off new investors. It can make current holders sell up also as they think the company is a bad one as any holders have zero brain cells. This can all add up to negative sentiment which can move an illiquid share such as this. Combine that with a distressed seller who is offloading stock from old who just wants out at any price and you have a share price that drops 35% in a couple of weeks.

Now the seller alone would have pushed this back down. It so happened that a certain individual decides to develop a vendetta at the same time and push out articles which shorters saw and took advantage of. I can imagine that individual is quite surprised at the action in the share price but it’s been a perfect storm.

If there was no seller we would have dropped a little as people took profits and then went back up. As it is the storm of seller, article, low free float, newly listed & shorters and it’s damaged the sentiment here so we are where we are, some 25% down some are a fair bit more. When that seller is out and we get the TR1 Confirming it any news released will move the price and it’ll hold. Gradually sentiment will turn and we will all be in profit before New Years. One thing is for sure, nobody had heard of us 2 weeks ago, but now retail are all over this. When it turns i have a feeling it’ll turn hard.

Let’s see what the rest of the week brings. The seller only has so many shares, when they’re gone, they’re gone.
