22/3/2018 00:54 | I have just read all the RNS from the Company as it is now GEO & Noricum. The company HAS satisfied the $6m Earn in which was started in December 2015. It was satisfied & an RNS issued last September “Georgian Mining Corporation ('GEO' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce confirmation that it has satisfied its obligation to contribute an Initial Commitment of US$6 million thereby earning its 50% in Georgian Copper & Gold JSC ('GCG') in accordance with the Shareholders Agreement between GEO's wholly owned subsidiary GMC Investments Limited ('GMC') and Caucasian Mining Group JSC ('CMG'). During the week of 28 August 2017, GEO held successful strategic discussions in Tbilisi with its partners in Georgian Copper & Gold JSC, the Georgian entity holding the mining licence over an 860 sq km target area (the 'Project') located in an established copper-gold region along the highly prospective Tethyan Belt. CMG were pleased to confirm the Initial Commitment and gave their full support for the phased future development of Kvemo Bolnisi. The exploration progress made to date, the Preliminary Feasibility Study and the go-forward exploration programme were reviewed and endorsed. As a result of these discussions, it was agreed that an additional 28 drill holes outstanding from Gold Zone 2 would be integrated into the resource to optimise the mine plan prior to finalising the KB mining and processing agreement. These results are expected to be received from the assay laboratory in the coming weeks. Once they have been integrated into the optimised resource, the parties will move to finalise the Kvemo Bolnisi gold oxide Mining and Processing Agreement utilising the nearby plant of GEO's partner. In accordance with the Shareholders Agreement announced on 15 July 2015, GEO agreed to contribute US$6 million to the capital of GCG, the funds to be used to advance the exploration and development of the Project. Upon transfer of the licences into GCG, CMG were granted 50% of the equity in GCG. GEO was granted two years from the date of transfer of the licence, being 4 December 2015, to contribute the US$6 million to the capital of GCG thereby earning its 50% in the company. Georgian Mining Corp Managing Director Greg Kuenzel said, "The satisfaction of our Initial Commitment obligation of US$6 million some 4 months ahead of the deadline is an important milestone for the Company. We have now fully vested our 50% interest in GCG ensuring our ownership is secured prior to moving into production on our gold oxide target at Kvemo Bolnisi." | rampair
21/3/2018 23:03 | Rampir, quite. Also GEO and CMG have just announced a brand new development programme to be financed on a 50/50 basis. | nohead
21/3/2018 22:28 | So, 5Trelok- you honestly think that RMG would say “Go say what you want”? The fact is, Nohead is correct, it was an earn in. After which costs were to be on an equal basis. Without doubt this has been difficult but things change, they always do. R. | rampair
21/3/2018 21:42 | 5trelok, it wasn't an all shares purchase, it was an earn-in.....which is very different | nohead
21/3/2018 21:19 | Because no company in the world would agree to an all shares purchase of their license which had a clause stating their 50% would be diluted pro-rata, for failure to match the purchaser's investment, if they envisaged having to pony up 50% of a new processing plant for the JV partner, with all the associated machinery, because they failed to reach a production agreement. Besides which, Kuenzel couldn't run a bath, much less a mine. My guess is RMG have given them carte blanche to say what they like in return for whatever they've received. | 5trelok
21/3/2018 21:09 | 5trelok, how can you be positive that the production agreement is a condition of the JV if you haven't even seen it? | nohead
21/3/2018 20:33 | Good news 5trelok. Georgian, though it wasn't delays imho just negotiations, happy to correct you on that one. We all know how desperate these locals always seem to be for money, so calling their bluff very likely to speed things up even more - they'll come running! :)) Could be yet more positive news coming even faster than I expected. Could be almost anytime now. Great stuff, very exciting!! | microscope
21/3/2018 19:32 | The latest podcast blames the delays on the Russian JV partner. John Meyer says they will go it alone if necessary and that the Russians are on "very shaky ground" - see my post of earlier today on their ultimate exit strategy. So much for their supportive JV partner. Meyer also says the Russians are desperate for ore which is strange because I'd read that Madneuli has extracted 80Mt since 1978 but had another 40Mt in the ground.Another fundraising for plant and machinery seems imminent. | 5trelok
21/3/2018 19:07 | Be careful. All the extra drilling and workup to a FS will cost money and time. I strongly suspect that most of the cash from the last placing will be spent by now. Another placing is very likely in the next 3-6 months. Probably less than 7.5p IMV. | sleveen
21/3/2018 15:57 | at the risk of catching the falling knife I'll be adding if it gets to 7.5p | shavian
21/3/2018 14:45 | 8.40 - another yearly low. This things going through the floors like Alien blood. | 5trelok
21/3/2018 14:17 | Going by the amounts of some of the sells - £68, £198, £463 - PIs are exiting with a little bit of money, something which, I think we can all agree, is to be welcomed. The BEST case scenario here is a placing which will wipe them out completely. | 5trelok
21/3/2018 13:57 | 8.55 - I just realised that's a low for the year! lol | 5trelok
21/3/2018 13:41 | microscope what short squeeze? There's more sells this am than you can shake a stick at. | sleveen
21/3/2018 13:38 | What JV confirmation? There was none - that's why it's tanked. Lol | 5trelok
21/3/2018 13:32 | Excited by the progress here and the JV confirmation. Big short squeeze imminent imho. Great bargain at this price. | microscope
21/3/2018 13:13 | What will the exit strategy be? I think Kuenzel will announce that talks with the JV partner have irretrievably broken down and, with sincere regret, they are unable to exploit this wonderful opportunity. There'll be some muttering about clawing back their "$6m" investment but (what will now become) the difficulty of doing business in this (now) murky jurisdiction means this will be very difficult. That's how I see events unfolding. I see lse haven't added that huge sell to their running totals of buys and sells. Scandalous. | 5trelok
21/3/2018 11:05 | 5trelock is obviously a paid deramper him and his mate Sleeven | gkp heros
21/3/2018 11:05 | It's a cruel game but the brave will succeed. I like this style of investing it's good for the ticker. No easy money to be made no more, you have to work hard for it!!GLA | gkp heros
21/3/2018 11:02 | Be carful here they are actually buys the mm's have been playing this game for the last three days. Did you see the price in the morning go green and supposed heavy selling. I can confirm most this morning or buys the mm's are short of stock ready for the potential big rise coming. They are flushing out the nervous sheep. Lambs to the slaughter, I'm a black sheep and about to cross the bridge with the trolls (sheep dogs derampers and the farmers the market makers) to get to the greener fields for plenty of good quality grass for happier days. Who's following, or who's staying to get slaughtered!!!No body is having my shares DYOR All In my honest opinion obviously | gkp heros
21/3/2018 10:37 | Loads of dumping as Greg clearly has no intention of shareholder value . all that chat of how big this company has come and drill results production etc all very much in the dark now . | iloveit
20/3/2018 10:45 | 5trelok You must have been hurt pretty badly to sit here all day running the operation down in order to encourage people to sell so you can profit from your short position. | davidspringbank
19/3/2018 15:34 | Well, strictly speaking, you're right but when the company was called Noricum, and prior to that, the imaginatively titled Gold Mining Company, they did have an address at 788-790 Finchley Road. Why would asking their old address be classed as innuendo? Does that address have a certain notoriety? Do tell. | 5trelok |
