Indeed.

On the face of it, consolidation and re-branding seem sensible enough to me, but there's not much substance and a slight air of desperation in the tone of the RNS imo

What a load of BS today's RNS is.

Placing coming following share consolidation IMV

Uncertainty is building here as an income stream looks further and further away. Even if ore is delivered the company appears to have retracted the statement of payment on delivery. It is more realistically payment on gold produced and that looks as if cash delivery to the company is some way down the line.

The third quarter ends on September 30th and should have confirmed ore deliveries, though the previous announcement shows the deeper copper gold ore is looking to be delivered later. How much later?

There is still a big upside if the company's directors can get a good agreement together or are able to bring in another partner to put up cash for a stake in the Georgian assets in the ground.

Share price is probably as low as it will go around 0.11p - 0.12p.

Geez guys this is really getting way too low..... don't get why it's so cheap compared to some of the real dogs out there??Every RNS seems to send the share price down recently.Hopefully my patience will be rewarded soon!!

I am sure something is going on in the background here. The RNS contained nothing at all that was not already known. This means that they had to say nothing new IMHO of course !!!

As a holder "near term" hopefully means before they need to raise any further money. They don't have much in the cash column, but they do have plenty in trade receivables assuming this is reasonably readily available. I would guess the current level of the share price is down to disappointment with the RNS signalling delayed production (and a potentially very much bigger resource), together with no clarity on timescales, and with probably needless fears over fundraising.

Noricum Gold Limited Interim Results
27/09/2016 7:01am

we recently announced an initial exploration target of between 50Mt and 70Mt @ grades between 0.30% Cu and 1.00% Cu and 0.1 to 1 g/t Au for copper sulphide mineralisation and 0.5 to 5 g/t Au for oxide gold resources.

We have made significant progress in negotiations to work with our JV partner to deliver '''near term production'''. We have negotiated an MoU with RMG (our partner's production company), to outline mining and processing arrangements for the future production of precious and base metal ores mined from our licence area. We anticipate future contract mining and processing costs of around US$600 oz Au assuming an average grade of 1 g/t Au. Access to RMG's processing facilities would significantly reduce both capital expenditure and the timeframe to production.

well the thing is, what has been found at Bolnisi is not what they expected, not in such size. It needs time to get the right plan and right strategy to reward shareholders. Its coming.

Just a matter of waiting to see if Noricum can get to delivering ore for heap leaching in the short term. Without income on deliveries investors are uncertain. The fault fits fairly and squarely on the shoulders of the company's directors.

Someone swallowed UP another 7m today.

This has all the signs of big buyer around trying to keep under the radar.

With that report due soon, keeping alert on this one.

May need to be patient if NMG decide to rule out mining until 2017 in favour of gold and copper mining from deeper levels.
Still waiting for results of drilling at Tsitel, Bolnisi and outcome of the David Garadji non-binding agreement. Still some further drilling results to come for Kvemo Bolnisi.

Like HUMmingbird and Jubilee Mining, Noricum are looking to 2017 for production and cash rolling in. Accepting that Jubilee are partly mining Chromium and waiting for a mining lease and Hummingbird are an end of 2017 mining venture and like Noricum have takeover prospects. All worth double their present market price but the market hates waiting for key production to have a proven start.
Unfortunately, nothing in the hand and all the birds hidden in the bush.

"Neil currently has an existing interest in 140,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company".

It looks to me like they are getting stocked up with shares as those ' in the know ' have good knowledge that Lundin are interested in keeping hold of its prospect.
A golden opportunity....

Greg is now on hold pending what they will offer against his ask.

Whatever happens here is likely to rocket the share price UP IMO.

Sit back and just wait.

That report is due soon.
