NMG now reminds me of ARS earlier this year (1.2p to 6p)

Nice chart building imo.

I have read the RNS Laptop.

I also doubt very much those that subscribed in an oversubscribed placing will be pre selling or selling as soon as they receive them. They will fully understand how undervalued we are and what the upside potential is. Some have suggested a 10 bagger, whether that is right only time will tell but in my view if all goes to plan considerable upside over the coming year.

Yorgi, read the end of the RNS....it says admitted to the London aim market on 6th July or near this date.

They don't.

Favourite comment after placing but very often without any foundation. The placing was oversubscribed and I have no doubt those that were involved in the placing know full well there is considerably more upside here over the next 12 months.

EDIT

Response to Laptop re 6th July.

laptop,

Placings are often pre-sold before the issue date.

There was still a lot of shares bought in the placing at .14 that big trade could have been a sell at a nice £40k profit !!!

Yeah very unusual trade for NMG, 70m at 0.199p. Someone looking in for a growing gold price and first production this Quarter, imo time is running out for accumulation on the cheap. Those figures in the post above might be a little conservative given the high grades at surface here and also the growing gold price. Given the current trend the average gold price in '17 could be somewhat higher than '16.

Ed.

With Friday's volume, waiting for a dip seemed unwise, so I piled in despite hating to chase the share price upwards

From Shard Market Eye on 30th January 2016

Typical heap leach recoveries for quartzite-hosted gold are of the order of 70-80%, with cash costs of the order of US$500/oz. Taking these broad-strokes estimates into account and using $1,000/oz. gold price, an attributable margin of between $100-200 per contained oz. of gold in ore seems a reasonable earnings estimate. So revenue from each of these starter pits might be $10-20m pre-tax over two years. Not enough to provide substantial shareholder returns as cash dividends, but certainly enough to see significant capital growth and protect against dilution.

So now add the copper starter pit and the DG mine which has grades 4 times that of the bolnisingold starter pits and gold prices at over $1200 per ounce. This has the potential to have three gold pits and a copper pit in production, the first in production in the matter of weeks and a new pit every couple of months. NMG could we'll be churning $5m per year per starter pit. The two initial starter pits scheduled for two years however there is over 500k oz just at kvelmo to stab at. This is all surface / near surface and will expand the production area so as NMG go along the resource will be expanded etc. therefore I see huge upside here and churning $20m annually for a good while. The huge resources and now the high grade DG mine means NMG imo could be a ten bagger from here over time. I have a 0.5-1p target by year end. Gl

Haha....I'd love it to stay at this share price or go higher to be honest, but we'll have to see what happens. If nore news could rise again like Friday....people were buying like they knew something was coming!!
