I'm guessing the share price is going to take a big hit when all those placing shares come out....or will good news and POG help funnel all those shares out quickly will little impact?

This looks like a great investment with a market cap of under £10m it could easily be a ten bagger. Also the GOLD price looks set to rise with the western world looking set to continue money printing. I agree with richgit that we could soon be in another bubble similar to the dot-com era. Other Gold stocks that I have are SHG and POG and I am watching a few others. My advice is to stick with this one. GLA

Gold dot com the one to be in is Noricum gold .I just looked at trades and they are going mad for it.Just ticked up 9 % really?Something brewing here has news leaked of big rise coming ?

Looks like another great asset for NMG, good reserves from just a small area of the new asset so plenty of upside to prove up more with drilling. The market will eventually realise the progress being made here. I guess it'll kick off when we get into production this Q.

my target is much higher noirua, more like 0.8-1p. Todays news will be understood fully soon enough. The already defined resource at David G is around $600m in the ground. Off the records it is expected to host 2m oz gold at grades of 4% plus. Thats a WORLD CLASS mine. Look at teh set up here, infrastructure already there, road, transport, plant. This could be the story of AIM over the next 12 months with 3 starter open pits running which will return over $20m revenue of two years plus the David G mine. Then theres the open pit extensions and coverting resource to JORC and resource expansions. So much going on here that Im not surprised the market hasnt cottoned on to how big this can be as this kind of blue sky has been said before on AIM. This is the real deal

Indeed- the greatest Fraud in History has been a painful time for those that
believe Gold is at minimum "The return of Money" as now is hopefully the
beginnings of "Returns on the Money".

The potential rewards from the Manipulated worst sentiment in 30 years,and
valuations to match- are beyond most people`s imagination,yet much patience is required.

Having watched and invested in Gold and Gold stocks for some 30 years I know what can happen both in downsides and upsides.

If Gold now does what it should and Physical eventually dictates to paper,then
with no exaggeration We could be viewing the
Dot-Com gold stock era by 2018-maybe sooner.

I certainly know what fortunes could be made in the Dot-Com era,but then I had the sheer luck to spot something strange was happening
several months before it got any attention -
and then the beginnings of the velocity.

Let`s hope this is the recommencement of Gold`s journey,and as Mr Gold would
say "The one We never sell "

Some may well see that the gamble odds remain about the same at NMG with a far greater prize in the offing. Those losing money on many other stocks may see odds here between 6:1 up to 20:1 - easy to recover all those mining losses since 2011.

It was not a placing to keep the lights on but to build on our already massive asset base and now very close to being a producer. Still very undervalued in my view.

This acquisition has been set up a while now and it's fantastic news. I put info here a few months back on the David Garedji mine it really is a superb asset and company maker in its own right. Watch this space

News would have been greeted better by the market had they delayed the announcement and cash raising to after ore was delivered and a cash payment received.
Just like Hummingbird Resources, this cash raising may hold the share price back as nearly producers are not viewed as well as producers not requiring new funds.

Well there's the placing , sweetend with a non binding TOA acquisition which may or may not occur.

But at least they've got a £1m to play with, even if the deal falls through.

Cheers guys :) what would be your top 5 junior aim gold miner/explorers to invest in at the moment for a good return? I'm trying to select a few more at present as i believe now is the time to buy and hold in the goldies. If difficult to decide which ones to select.

You'll not be disappointed if you assume the latest time stated in an estimate.

That's general for AIM stocks not just NMG.

When are we expecting the surface extract to start? Sp should lift when this happens....i know its 3rd quarter expected but i wonder which month??Zaks charts look promising too up to 0.26p/0.27p on an upwards curve!!
