Reduction in o/s accruals hasn't apparently led to an increase in cash.

Auditors also questioning likelihood of getting accruals in.

Results are quite encouraging with a reduction in outstanding accruals

it now expects to release its audited results for
the year ended 31 March 2014 during the week commencing 9 September 2014

Actually Monday was 8th not 9th (even in China).

Tomorrow it is.

I thought the Chinese 'New Week' always starts on a Tuesday? Explains the frenzied buying I suppose.

Little bird tells me they collected £2m you were possibly not expecting.

Means receivables are now getting paid.

A bit late but better than never.

£20m on the way.

Some optimism ahead. Already broken through the 100 and 200 MA. IG not accepting any more long positions here either.

well

ARC, capped at £3m, cash around £700k, and just profitable, in a high growth sector. Lacklustre results just out but good outlook.

TRD, always high turnover (£20m or something) but hardly make any profit.

Thats why investors are put off with those. I do however like ARC.

GNG - chinese, no one believes the cash position (hence sell off every trading update after a spike) and always has high recievables that they seem to struggle to collect.

"AIM investors seem obsessed with chasing "jam tomorrow" oilies or empty shells, rather than real companies with existing revenue and profit streams."

----------------------------

I think that the term 'real company' - pretty much rules out GNG

There are dozens of these types of undervalued stocks on AIM at the moment -- where the marcap is less than revenues / cash or a weak multiple of profits -- typically because the companies reside in unfashionable segments like software or recruitment.

TRD, ARC, GNG, to name but three examples.

AIM investors seem obsessed with chasing "jam tomorrow" oilies or empty shells, rather than real companies with existing revenue and profit streams. A bit of a shame.

use LOG scale on EW charts.
I've hilited as the second leg down as none of the rallies within it overcame the previous high so, consider it as one long leg of the retreat. At the end of it, it did rally over the previous reaction high - just! But, then continued to fall as Leg 3 played out.

The first Upleg did significantly overcome the previous reaction high and then on retrace, it did not fall below its start level so, the theory is intact at present.

In any event, since I'm in the stock now, I will sit and see if it plays out to the theory or not, irrespective of others opinions.

the second leg down was only the longest due to the misleading scale you are using?
