Not sure if it's any help to anyone here but most, if not all of this weeks trades that have been going through are purchases and not sales as the trading list details. Most are going through at 7.52p - 7.575p. These are buys (under mid market price). I know this as I made 2 purchases myself and these were the prices I got in at. Not trying to ramp this one but just supplying info to anyone following this one.

It's called market manipulation and can result in a jail sentence. Though so pathetic an attempt is hardly going to manipulate a gnat's whisker unless the gnat in question is sitting on the keyboard...

Yes I have noticed some serious pathetic GNG ramping going on various other BBs - laughable.
Someone with a small brain thinks they can impact the share price It's actually very irritating and does GNG no favours at all.

Rarely post on any bulletin boards these days as there is far too much vitirol, garbage or I told you so from people I have no particular knowledge of, respect for or just downright don't trust. I feel I have much better things in my life to do than engage with these posters or even have the healthy debate. Such a shame as that's what these sites were set up for!

I await upcoming results to determine next steps with my stake, as it's not a material size in my portfolio I can afford to wait and see. Certainly agree with your observation of a number of quality alternatives out there.

Don't recall seeing the Motley Fool post that you refer to and don't use their site either so can't comment on the merits of that post.

Unlikely to post again on this thread what ever happens.

There is quite a bit going on that is not being posted on this BB and if ever there was a time to DYOR, this is it. Someone is ramping GNG on the RMP website.

I agree with earlier poster Elban that if we could believe the figures (as I once did) that GNG puts out then it would make sense to put ones house on this one. It would be the cheapest stock on the whole market and undoubtedly the best buy. Problem is, all the detail we get from GNG's Board seems to be totally cr*p and RNS after RNS has mislead us all.
Some here choose to keep believing as I did - only a definitive trustworthy RNS following a change of the Directors would tempt me back in.
