I am sure that if any institutions or big PIs actually believed the stated cash figures - they would be buyers and the share price would not be at this price.

Come to think of it, if the managers believed they figures - they would buy like crazy.

If I was a manager of a company with true financials that are anything like those reported by GNG, I would buy, get all my family to buy and get all my friends to buy.

It wouldn't even be illegal. Its not insider trading to act on news that is already in the public domain.

What we have here now may be taken as a case of insider non-trading.
Those in the know do not buy because they know the numbers are fantasy.

I don't really understand all the excitement about bid rumours. Anyone with direct knowledge of the truth is not in a position to tell, so any bid talk is just pure speculation.

As far as I can see, no articles on GNG in Sunday Times. Certainly nothing in recent months anyway.
