Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Iain Ferguson, Chairman , purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 November 2021 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 4,495.6 pence per share, listed in Table A below.

Genus further announces that Catherine Ferguson, the wife of Iain Ferguson, Chairman , purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 November 2021 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 4,476.5 pence per share listed in Table B below.
