Posted at 16/12/2024 08:57 by kingston78 The share price will recapture its IPO price of 39 p soon. It is motoring ahead. This is one of my shares for 2025. |
Posted at 14/12/2024 12:18 by jaknife kingston78,"Regarding GenIP, the company was floated at 39 p a share. The company is now more advanced than it was then in terms of development and winning more customers. As it gets more traction, most of the new sales will flow to the bottom line, making it a profitable business. The current price is a real bargain." Do you have any numbers to back up this waffle? I estimate that the company is still hopelessly loss-making and that the pittance that it raised at IPO won't keep it going beyond Q1 next year when it will have to raise more funds. GNIP will have until the end of June 2025 to publish their finals for the year ending 31 Dec 2025. My forecasts for H2/the full-year are: 1. Trivial turnover in H2 of c. £250k 2. Costs of sales of £100k 2. Admin expenses of c. £1.3m (the expenses associated with the IPO were £550k alone plus the cost of running an AIM company for six months) 3. H2 losses of £1,150k 4. This will mean full-year losses of £1,250k, since H1 losses were just under £100k 5. Net assets at year-end of c. £250k. Of which cash will be c. £100k. The £100k won't be enough to keep GNIP going and hence they'll need to raise more cash and/or ramp the share price so that some of the warrants can be exercised. There are 17,517,461 shares in issue ( and so, at the current 25.5p, the market cap is £4.5m! 18 times net assets! What a dog! JakNife |
Posted at 09/12/2024 13:49 by kingston78 Sealand Capital has no business yet, just a conditional agreement to invest into another company that is using AI to advance its business. And yet, Sealand has multiplied from 0.13 p to 2.5 p within 3 weeks (almost 20 times, for late comers they would still have made at least double or triple their money).GENIP has a business and in that regard, Genip'S share price should at least double from here. |
Posted at 30/10/2024 07:57 by neilll77 🚀 TELEGRAM RUMOUR AFTER GenIP TWEET 🚀GenIP [GNIP] about to take off.. the share has been 'kept' under the radar!!!! Rumour of massive AI Health Care contract with a company in Singapore This follows from the below Tweet on X, "Building on deep relationships with leading research organisations, GenIP has been chosen as a preferred partner in Singapore. Further confirmation; once dignitaries, partners, clinicians, and key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem will conclude soon" SP nearly 50% below IPO but seller now out and that contract news imminent Big buys already landed today and share price is up 10% M/Cap only 3.3m and TEK [parent company] own over 66% of shares...so a very small "free float" When this moves it can do 15% with a few £1000 pound buys Plus really good news from another TEK 'off spin' SALT today will see much more interest around GenIP and TEK too hxxps://ukinvestorma GLA |

Posted at 07/10/2024 12:53 by neilll77 I have sent this email to investor relations and will post their reply, if I receive 1.Good afternoon, I think we need an via update of trading and the plans for the immediate future, as the share price is crashing. Also you may want to question LSE why the share price drops on £250 sells , but buys upto and over £6000 are not moving the share price At 25.30p it is now over 40% down from IPO price!! As an investor in GenIP, I'm very frustrated and disappointed Regards and I'd really appreciate a reply |
