Bilgen notified 10% holding in April last year. They have bought another 5% on the quiet without informing the market when they crossed 11%-14% until yesterday!

The GENL Gas asset worth c. $1bn or around 300p per share by itself.

This is what Bilgin are after.

A successful bid at 300p and the KRG back payments + Tawke + Taq Taq all in for free.

This now looks like a certain bid situation IMO.

Its obvious now, price has been held back. Genel are undervalued and good news is around the corner - litterally. Hence the Bilgin Grup holdings increase. BUY £5

There can't be too many people selling around this price at the moment that are making a profit (or a substantial profit). Distressed sellers I would imagine. I sold a few the other day because I thought oil drop would cause a fall, it did but not as far I imagined.
