Currently 107mill is owed by the KRG but GENL owe the 50mill so net amount is 57Million.Court case costs likely to be lower than claimed but this would be deducted from the above so around 20 - 30 million owed by the KRG.

The KRG is claiming circa $36 million for costs incurred to the end of November 2024.

GENL Receivables
$107 million (under KBT pricing and excluding interest) remains overdue from the Kurdistan Regional Government (‘KRG’), although this is reduced by amounts owed to the KRG, which are currently around $50 million

So hopefully No net Payment as a result of losing the court case.

It's the past that bites the shareholders. Do you know how much money Genel is going to give as a result of losing the court case?The ego factor of Genel's management have let us down - they were fixated with the court case rather than working to a mutual agreement.
