Have a look at the TILS chart, then compare the swings of the GDR chart.

I think we're getting news in the morning (this afternoon), and this rise is fueled by informed money.

They don't have to sell the system. The Covid cartridges (where the money is) follow open standards, so can be used in the vast majority of systems already in the field.
