I've watched and traded this share from 20p in March 2020 ... them were the days ... this is just a small rise in comparison:D it went to 300p... I bought at 20p and sold at 240 ... the same day it shot to 300p ... remember buying back in at 150p for a trade too... also got them at 15p they fundraised they went to 8p and then 80p in the December 2022 I think :) great share always been kind ... hence I've 2m all heavily in profit and couldn't care less about a fund raise ... I just hope it's at 30p!

£14m market cap @ 10p with no debt, GDR is hugely undervalued and has been for some time now. If this was listed on NASDAQ it would be valued many many times higher.

Placing shares at a discount is not an issue because it will secure the company's finances to develop the business. Sometimes, placing is at a premium to a small group of keen investors because they can see the upside. If they were to buy shares in the open market they would push up the price anyway.

I suspect that the company will announce placing of shares next, then followed by a positive commercial deal in the US. The share price will fly.
