Mine production report due should hopefully show return to high grade and a strong

auction in March and a decent dividend.

Assore purchased their shares at around 18p a share, they will be pretty unhappy with the share price like the rest of us.

Something bad has caused this sell off but we will be the last to know as usual.

Assore holds 28% so they have made their bed now.
NAV is closer to 30p but this is the rogue, UNregulated London Stock Exchange

How many trades does this stock have on the Johanna exchange? I can't see what the LSE listing brings to the company except expensive fees. Hardly any trades week in week out. At anything below 10p it may be worth a punt before it's taken private. There's usually a premium to the last closing price, say 20%.

No bad news from Mozambique. De Beers cut diamond prices today but next emerald auction in March will demonstrate continuing strength of coloured gemstone prices.

Sometimes share price deliberately tanked for a cheap take out, or sometimes just to set a new low floor for exec share option packages!! I’m relieved at any signs of no imminent takeover as it would be low ball today. We can do better later.

Director`s option stock placed so overhang cleared. 3 years discussions between Board and shareholders and then we see this fiasco of Director just breaking even.

Exciting 3 months ahead with production figures due end month hopefully return to usual high grade production.

April emerald auction should be at least 50% higher volume after November cancellation and results and dividend to follow soon after.

Crazy cheap but they do very little to encourage shareholders or potential investors.

Assore do seem committed though. Why build a 28% stake? A 15-16p bid is possible. Not paying any dividend last time out was not good but perhaps they wanted the share price to tank...

Thanks - yes. Exactly kind of thing concerned about. Hopefully we can get through this year which seems to be highest risk of this scenario before wash/divs etc step up. Whilst some may be tempted by short term offer whether very low ball or even up to 20p, I would rather hold 2 more years for much better.
