instead of looking at various other projects they should look at maybe a plan to spin off Ghaghoo
like you say it could be worth a lot in a few years but on the other hand they have all the data and we don't
they should give it a year before at acquisitions
rebuild the balance sheet and start paying a proper dividend
some of those bigger shareholders should have a word with directors
it generated $40m + in Q1
my target for the year was $60m
not many big diamonds recently but some smaller diamonds get higher carat prices anyway
a dividend first please, don't really want a discount placing
mining licence extended to 2034
lets just keep the cash rolling and pay shareholders a decent dividend
they now have plenty of cash to do so
no excuses please

I find it somewhat annoying that they are selling Ghaghoo.

I'd prefer them to keep it mothballed. It may cost say $2M per year. But in 5-10 years the mine could be economic.

Instead they are going to sell it for a fraction of what it has cost to build. The company have been terrible at developing mines and for that matter buying them.

A worry is that management might be looking around at other projects that they can get involved with an ultimately waste money on.

nice cashflow
a superb Q1, setting the year up as a whole
even if they find no more large diamonds this year they are going to have plenty of cash on that balance sheet
happy with the way things are panning out

I just sold 2k at 99.24p. Looking at the chart looks like they will likely drop back to 95p area in the next week or so. Still got my main position.

you are probably not being ripped off
AT trades are DMA traded (Direct Market access)so if you use one of these platforms you can buy and sell the opposite way round. you place an order at the relevant price you want to trade and just leave it til it is filled
or you can part fill a trade or move price with the market
annoying if you only get a fill for a small amount say 10 shares for example

decided to buy some more 7504@88.8p

I am hoping they continue to turn some more 100+ ct diamonds up.

On their most recent presentation (page 14) it shows 5 100+ct found in jan and feb.

On the 7th and 14th march they announce an additional 100ct stone

So they are up to 7 this is the same as they found during 2017 in total. In 2011 they found 11 at the current rate they could find 24 this year. This could lead to a spike in revenue this year :) Fingers crossed

if all four q's matched Q4 of 2017 this will lead to a huge increase in cashflow and operating profits even without the cost saving coming through
