As at 31 May 2024, the Company confirms that it has 141,236,085 Ordinary Shares of US$ 0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") in issue, with 1,520,170 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 139,715,915. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
