GEMD have had a good run but LUC must surely be due a decent bounce soon. Take a look there, looks a buying opportunity to me.

The world markets started to sell of mid feb, these went with it, they had to close down because of Covid, 75p shortly for starters imho dyor

Looking at the graph shape (a bit like looking at tea leaves) do we know why it was rising quite strongly from Dec 19 to Mar 20?

And if the story behind the Dec 19 to Mar 20 rise is sound should it eventually rise back to those levels? I'm thinking of a small investment...

(the fall in March looks like it was part of a fall that was happening before march so its a bit hazy)

Looking good to rise to 40 to 50p + short term. GEMD in a great position with large stones being unearthed, healthy cash generation and debt reduction. All good especially if the general diamond market continues to show green shoots of recovery. All looking very promising for holders and still a long way to re rate from here.

Enjoy the rise, yes huge re rate on the cards here. Has loads of scope as the valuation is still ridiculous! Snd the prospect of dividends returning with all the cash being generated!

There’s no press release for that but it’s on the website, that’s a circa 15m diamond, by my calculations they have found over £40m of diamonds this month which is almost the entire mcap, they are finding one a week at the moment, if they do that consistently that’s around £500m a year, this share price is going to soar as that rate would make this a £4bn-£5bn company imho dyor, the only thing for certain imho is that at this price £50m is way to cheap, at £4bn that would £24 a share, I glad I’m no longer alone Dave all imho dyor

A large diamond tender being held in Antwerp this week. We may get news of the price achieved for the 442 and 233 carat stones recovered recently. Think they will be included in this sale.

Another top diamond recovered by GEMD over the weekend, this time a 143c type 11. They are mining in a rich vane of satellite pipe at present, hopefully more to follow.
