Further to the announcement by the Company on 28 December 2012, GEM is still completing the subscription for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Subscription") at a price of GBP0.001 per share and expects to be able to provide final details regarding the Subscription early next week. |

Posted at 15/9/2008 20:30 by reckless_rat If RAB get their investors to agree to the 3 year moratorium on redemptions they should be under no immediate pressure to sell out of GBF, etc, but it will still cast a long shadow over the share price given the size of the overhang. If RAB get turned down, then it will be bloody; their EGM is later this month. |
