15/1/2024 22:52 | Hi Que! Do you work, too or is this a full time occupation? | dogberry202000
15/1/2024 19:27 | You could say the same for any of these ETFs like URA and URNM/URNP and Closed End Funds like GCL. They are "dirt cheap" compared with Spot Uranium and the vehicles that hold Uranium. As this fellow says they could run between 3 to 5X from here. | dogberry202000
15/1/2024 15:26 | US markets closed today but the Canadian markets showing a bit of strength at the open. | 7kiwi
15/1/2024 13:17 | And remember, when you buy, provided you hold until the start of May, you get the dilution rights. So the actual NAV is the higher one. | donald pond
15/1/2024 13:16 | Not one to complain BUT latest NAV up 6p from previous day whilst share price up only 3p!!!! This is not the first time by any means so despite increased share price the discount to NAV also rising 🤔🤔 | jaf111
15/1/2024 13:13 | New NAV: NAV......77.49 FD NAV...70.87 This morning's Ozzie action not included. | 7kiwi
15/1/2024 11:21 | "An insanity bubble" lol! It wouldn't be the first time, but this bubble has some foundation other than hype. | bountyhunter
15/1/2024 08:17 | Up 4.1% already as you would expect from the strong performance of the underlying assets in Australia last night. | 888icb
15/1/2024 07:53 | Yes, if Kuppy is right about KAP (and Cameco) then there will be fireworks! | gaiusgracchus
14/1/2024 23:47 | Ozzie GCL portfolio members up strongly at the open PDN +8% BMN +6.5% AGE +13%, yes +13%. Other popular Ozzie names like LAM, 92E, LOT and DYL up ~8+% | 7kiwi
14/1/2024 22:23 | Things are hotting up. 👀👀 This, from Twitter is allegedly from Kuppy's newsletter. Even if it's only partially true, it's potentially explosive. | 7kiwi
14/1/2024 22:15 | free stock charts from uk.advfn.com GCL log chart showing EMA's It's Strongly Bullish and has been since early September. | papillon
14/1/2024 11:09 | So in this particular case, the proper discount to consider when making investment decision is the undiluted NAV as what you buy also include the underlying warrant/option entitlement, which is different from other investment trusts which already have warrants being traded in the market. | riskvsreward
14/1/2024 10:34 | Yes so surely the most likely scenario is a rise heading up to 30 April followed by a drop on 1 May when the entitlement lapses (other things being equal of course). It might be worth looking back to last year to see what happened ahead of the ex date then. | bountyhunter
14/1/2024 10:11 | I'm surprised but it is significant. I had thought people would sell to free up cash to exercise the rights they already had whereas in fact you need to buy to secure the rights. | donald pond
14/1/2024 10:04 | Yes that's how I understand it, X subscription rights on 1st May 2024. | bountyhunter
14/1/2024 09:19 | I've reread the subscription rights and was wrong. I thought if you held on 30 April 2023 you had the right on 1 May 2024 to buy at the 2023 NAV That's not right. If you hold on 30 April 2024 you get that right. So in other words you are actually buying now at the higher undiluted NAV as you are acquiring the dilution rights. | donald pond
13/1/2024 08:48 | Apologies if already posted.. "shortages of sulphuric acid"! | bountyhunter
13/1/2024 08:07 | That was some day across the sector. At some point mid afternoon I tried to put a GCL buy order in but couldn't online, tried a sell order and same - had to phone broker. Heavy volume all day by the looks. Interesting week or 2 ahead | 1solon
13/1/2024 00:29 | SPUT on fire. Raised about US$56m, bought 100,000 lbs and now has $62.9m on hand for further purchases. Plenty of cash to buy more lbs, if they're available. NAV almost $6.6bn. Stage is set for further appreciation in the U3O8 price. | 7kiwi
12/1/2024 21:36 | Very strong finish for the miners and spot at $103.50/lb mid. Should see a big increase in NAV on Monday. | 7kiwi
12/1/2024 18:26 | Good to see Robert Crayfourd of GCL quoted in that piece. | 7kiwi
12/1/2024 17:52 | See Financial Times article to-day, headed:- URANIUM PRICES COULD POWER ON AFTER LARGEST PRODUCER WARNS ON SUPPLY- Kazakh mining company Kazatomprom expects shortfalls for next two years alternatively:- hXXps://world-nuclea | quepassa
12/1/2024 17:45 | Say hello to the 60's. But it wouldn't surprise me if the FD NAV is close to or even above 70p/share in Monday's RNS, so the discount will widen again. | 7kiwi |
