Remember what happened with the polo dyani fiasco.They transferred shares between themselves so that dyani could be issued more shares without going over the threshold.It's well documented what happened there was a very underhand situation which resulted in polo also issuing more shares much to the anger of their shareholders.And of course here polo are near their limit of ownership now they have dyanis shares, and are still owed 3.5million quid of shares at 7.5p.So of course there's going to be suspicious activity where large chunks get swapped about and the little retail investors such as mickey come up with fantasy stories about people with big pockets taking positions.So funny.

After the new nomad appointment, the 'relationship agreement', the new board appointments, 13m share issue and the success fee payments to Dyani surely the only thing left is for the submittal to be made.

Would be interesting to know where those 13m shares that were snapped up instantly went to. 13m would make a significant shareholder. Neither Dyani or Polo increased their holding. 3m went to a broker but there's no accounting for the other 10m. Obviously it was well planned and someone hasn't just given their cash away with no possibility of a return!

There are few competent posters on here and little information to make competent posts.
I retain a decent sized holding here based on a
warped hope, rather than anything else and the fact that the product still sits there in the ground.
Bangladesh should exploit this coal product to propel their nation forward but confuse themselves with prevarication.
I live in hope.
About time Mr Tang sorted Polo to move us forward..
