10 years on and by my reckoning the Banglas have achieved 550MW additional new generation capacity and now cannot source coal to fire this one generator.
Doesn't bode well for the Power Division - competence & ability are not the two key skills, much in evidence.
The new Short Term Power Policy (2-5 years) will make interesting reading when it is published
