26/3/2021 12:06 | And the most shocking part is the INTEREST on the polo loans has increased....AND their conversion price reduced from 11p down to 7.5p...Surely this shouldn't be allowed. That's 3.5million quid of loans, which have already been gathering interest at 12% and that's now increasing by +1.5% extra per annum and the conversion reduced to 7.5p.I've not even worked out the extra dilution to shares yet....but its getting silly now."Loan Facility ExtensionThe Company has , as part of the proposed placing , extended and amended the terms of the loan facility provided by Polo Resources Limited (the "Facility") of which, as announced on 7 January 2021, there is GBP300,000 of the initial GBP3.5 million facility remaining undrawn. The lender has agreed that it will not serve a repayment request on the company for 5 years from the date of the agreement replacing the previous provision that it was payable on demand with 90 days' notice. The Company and Polo Resources Limited have agreed an increase in the interest rate from 12% to 15% per annum rising by 1.5% on the third anniversary and by a subsequent 1.5% on each anniversary thereafter. Furthermore, the lender may request conversion by the issuance of new ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5 pence per share (being the Issue Price) subject to any necessary regulatory approvals. The Company may elect to repay all or part of the outstanding loan at any time giving 60 days' notice and with the agreement of Polo Resources Limited." | ![]() apfindley
26/3/2021 12:05 | Findley...I have to admit, you did make me laugh 'I called the placing correctly again'. Ha ha ha, I suppose the laws of probability say you get it right 10% of the time. Bad luck on the facts, only raising one million and some juggling of the interest rates years down the line. Another nine incorrect calls and then you might get the next one right. GCM gonna BEHUGE | ![]() malcolmyoung

26/3/2021 09:41 | "So Gravey, are you saying Mr Ding Zheng Guo, Chairman of PowerChina International Group Limited DID NOT say those words DIRECT? Are you saying GCM are lying on their RNS? Is that what you would like me to provide you an independant authentication link? Answer and clarify your position or bore off" Gravey - "To each of your three questions within the ultimate para. of [49605], Yes, Yes and Yes please" There it is, Gravey is ill-informed and makes negative comments about a project that he knows nothing about. What a clown he is. So Gravey, with 8000 employees, would you consider Chinese state owned Xinua news agency as an 'independant' source or part of the GCM false statement conspiracy? | mickmack

25/3/2021 09:54 | Gravey - 'There is little public knowledge of "the Chinese" as there is of Dyani, for instance. I'm not aware of them having made any direct public statements.' MickMack - 'Really? You are not very aware are you? "Mr. Ding Zheng Guo, Chairman of PowerChina International Group Limited, stated: POWERCHINA is delighted to be a partner with GCM to deliver an integrated mine and power plant for the people of Bangladesh. Completing the JV Agreement and EPC Contract were very important steps in progressing the combined Project. As the Power Plant contractor, we are committed to a positive relationship with the community and to construct an environmentally friendly power plant for the benefit of the local people." Gravey - "You don't need to prove that you need to learn to read detail and to understand the meaning of the written word. That fact is already established. The operative word was "direct". That means not attributed, reported or orchestrated by GCM, associates and officers" So Gravey, are you saying Mr Ding Zheng Guo, Chairman of PowerChina International Group Limited DID NOT say those words DIRECT? Are you saying GCM are lying on their RNS? Is that what you would like me to provide you an independant authentication link? Answer and clarify your position or bore off | mickmack

YES PLEASE. A direct link to the "Speeches made by the Chinese at a press conference" in support of your claim. | ![]() glavey

24/3/2021 21:08 | Coal powered generators - Feb 2021 China approved the construction of a further 36.9 GW of coal-fired capacity last year, three times more than a year earlier, bringing the total under construction to 88.1 GW. It now has 247 GW of coal power under development, enough to supply the whole of Germany. Ha ha ha - you should give up posting LongJohnShathisPants - just to re-iterate, Feb 2021. 24/3/2021 19:31 | Well listen to R4 news around 5.30 and they have an interview and specifically mention the letter having been sent and received and suggesting that they will pull the plug on all coal power in Bangladesh, regardless of what stage it's at. I'm not in this so will leave you to whatever agenda folk are pushing. | ![]() waterloo01
24/3/2021 19:26 | Old news Waterloo. Someone somewhere saw some letter. You'll have you do better than that- post a copy of the letter. If you can. China has no intention of cutting coal, it has many many new coal power stations being built right now. Powerchina are Chinese state owned and they are 100% behind the GCM project as confirmed recently. | mickmack |
