.....absolutely 888icb - this will be a carefully orchestrated delivery which will probably include plans for a new town, the creation of jobs and healthcare facilities.
This has been a long two years of preparation and if it was a no-go, that announcement would have already been made.
I envisage a sort of 'state of the nation' address from Hasina, with a number of key projects under-written by Beijing......
as for rambo - he ain't exactly small, he ain't exactly pretty.....but he's a whole lotta behuge, whole lotta findlay. whole lot of china(man)

I think it would be reasonable to presume that GCM and its consultants have been in regular dialogue with the relevant GoB officials to ensure that when they do submit they will know it is something that is going to tick all the boxes. It follows from that presumption that GCM will not submit until they are highly confident they will receive approval.
It is also difficult to believe that GCM and its Chinese partners would have spent so much time, effort and money on this in recent years if they were not confident of success. I am sure there are a lot of governments out there who would like several billion £’s pumped into their infrastructure.

Considering GOB has been sat on proposals, feasibility studies etc etc before Noah built the ark, saying the next submission of the latest proposal (18 month delay on that is it now?) is a done deal, is either very optimistic, just wishful thinking or plain stupidity.

So you'll be spending the rest of this year fixated in a share (which you have obviously lost a fortune on) every time it goes down a little you will be happy and every time it goes up you will be straight on here saying its a spike and will be back down tomorrow.
