Not 3 months, 6 months 12months NO, TWO years extension and then....maybe they will change the advisor. Complete shamble. What are they advising exactly...??? 😂😂😂

This agreement when it was last extended was for a shorter period than some of the other agreements that were extended at the same time. The fact that it is for 2 years in no way implies that it will be 2 years before there is further progress, indeed many of the milestones have already been achieved. Dyani are highly incentivised to get this sorted quickly and get the share price up so that their shareholding is worth something.
Regarding Dyani continuing As they have already achieved many of the milestones it would not make sense for another party to come in this close to the end of the process and Dyani have the confidence in succeeding that they take shares instead of cash.

Good that the agreement has been renewed and that Dyani’s remuneration continues to be in GCM shares with no cash option. So essentially unless they succeed in delivering the required agreements they will get no reward for services already performed or to be performed. It is useful to look at the table of what has been achieved on the power plants where for power plant 2 everything has been achieved and on the other 2 power plants stages 1and 2 are achieved with just the third stage to be completed.
This shows continuing confidence from GCM and Dyani that the project will succeed in gaining approval and being implemented.

Dyani transferring their shares to Polo and receiving shares in Polo in return was simply a way of receiving more success share payments from GCM that was restricted by the max 30% allowed.

Now Dyani can receive more success payments. Why is Dyani anticipating receiving more success payments?????
