And after 12 years, GCM has still failed to have a mining permit issued by the bangla government.If you'd followed behuge you would be sat on heavy losses. At the start of December he said news was definitely coming and gave dates. none of that news arrived, and still hasn't. Daily, he continues to give more news tomorrow instructions, and the news never arrives. One day you will realise that Behuge is a LIAR who knows nothing and has no facts to give you.One fact I can give you is that the government of bangla has NEVER issued a permit to extract coal for phulbari, and maybe never will. Behuge can dream all he wants.
