We have seen some reasonable volume on several days in recent weeks as the share price started its move north. Then on Friday over 5 million shares were traded which is over 5% of the company and the share price went UP 49%.
It is useful to remember that just 5 shareholders hold 57% of GCM(Dyani 19.3%,Polo 17.8%, Kilkenny 9.9% are the top 3). The number of shares in free float is relatively small and this lack of supply can have a dramatic effect on the share price as we saw on Friday. It is also highly likely that there a lot of long term holders who are holding for the green light. If the positive sentiment towards GCM continues with thoughts of JDA, Green light and/or takeover then the coming days and weeks should be very exciting and profitable.
Good fortune to all investors and remember if it moves so fast you can’t buy GCM you can always try Polo. Polo already trades at a massive discount to its NAV and as such provides good exposure to GCM but with very low risk.

Can see those sitting on the sideline waiting for an entry point may regret not getting on board on Friday. Looking like an RNS is certain tomorrow, albeit not at 7.00am. It will catch many unguarded and will see a mega rise in the share price what a start to 2019

If anyone is sitting on profits from Friday's spike, take a look at NCCL, very similar play but much closer to green light with JDA news likely within two weeks or earlier. DYOR but a nice double?

Strongbuy - In RNS it was finalise JDA buy end of 2018 and submit proposal to GOB by end Feb 2019.

Obviously first one slipped and new RNS to cover that. So JDA could be imminent.

Erm, forgive me if I missed something here but they have already submitted their proposal and then amended proposal!

I think the news will be very positive but may take a few days to get here!!

Why don't people just stick to the rns , believe nothing until official. Stick to the facts guys and longs will be rewarded. I'm holding for £3 at million shares so hold tight!!
