Thanks Baxtea. Good point about her son stepping up, Hasina is 71 this year. Her son may be able to sell the Phulbari issue in a more positive light and get things going. Like yourself I have been here for years, still sitting on a paper loss, but have manage to get a good average now and have sold and bought back over the years. GLA

Change of government is what we want fella & it’s always a shame for us Khaleda didn’t get into power.
The plain reason Hasina hasn’t given the goahead is because of her initial electoral promises of not mining Phulbari.
Even if she is now waivering towards breaking her past promises she certainly wouldn’t risk doing it or hinting at it prior to the next election.
Could be in 2018 but as they have till end of Jan 2019, I’d punt on it being closer to then. The Bunglas are not known for their no nonsense haste.
