mainly that any rise will be hard pressed to remain as a good number of the buyers this am (causing the rise) are now selling which is likely to pull th share price back down to where it started.

When Government is yet to determine any particular mining method for developing domestic coal, media speculation on the matter spreads fresh tension and confusion among stakeholders.

PM displayed pictures and referred to very successful open pit coal mining and associated power generation in Germany. PM referred to the successful environmental management of the operations, including water management and stated that animals and people happily lived in close proximity to the mines and power plants. She expressed her determination to build the coal fired power plant after mitigating all environmental concerns.

The Company has been pushing this line, of "a legally enforceable contract with the Government of Bangladesh which gives it the right to explore, develop and mine in respect to the licence areas"... since 2005, to placate shareholders while they wait.
