Notification of Directors' Interests

The Company announces that Chris Clark, Chief Executive Officer, on Friday 20 September notified the Company that he exercised options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

The exercise was in respect of the second tranche of Mr Clark's compensatory options which were awarded upon taking up his appointment as CEO in 2017 and which vested on 1 April 2019.

Mr Clark subsequently sold 110,100 of the resulting Ordinary Shares at an average price of 586 pence per share on the same day in order to meet the exercise costs and associated tax liabilities.

Following this notification, Mr Clark has a beneficial holding of 273,050 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 1,128,853 Ordinary Shares.
