The Company announces that Dave Wilson, CFO & COO, on 5 July 2019 notified the Company that he has exercised options over a total of 159,177 Ordinary Shares awarded in May & November 2014 under GBG's Share Match Scheme. The exercise price of the options was 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share. He sold 96,000 of the resultant Ordinary Shares at an average price of 554.2 pence per share on 5 July 2019.
Following this notification, Mr Wilson has a beneficial holding of 450,699 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 369,351 Ordinary Shares.
