Support line ? takes in covid? I'm waiting for 110p with Stalker or a TU. If there was good news we would have heard it by now. In this climate for me no news is bad news.

Stalker_Boy: good luck if you are shorting, though I think you will need it.

What I observe:

* Today's mark down quickly brought in buyers who see value at this level.

* The chart has made a higher low, and provided that holds I think things look good technically. I agree, however, breaking past 140p area resistance will be important. At the very least, I expect it to be tested.

* There is a quadruple bottom on the chart, going back to 2018. That is a huge support line and I would be amazed if it broke.

Chart pointing to lower lows. Looks a good short at this level. If there's no good news can see it sub £1

Don’t know why it’s dropped, unusual, can’t see anything on research tree?

I'm waiting to get back in. Today's drop is why? Something we don't know?

Yep. I’ve added. Looks like it may be on the move back. Reinstated divi and decent trading update and we’re back to 200p. I hope.

Another nice move - if it holds or builds. Increasingly looking like a step change in momentum.

Overhang gone? Looks like a nice bit of business to me. Specultion, but Miton have been rumoured to be not in great shape, so the life in the financial jungle is to kick a dog when it is down and then buy the shares off them. For me the tide is definitely with GTLY and I look forward to them reinstating their well backed solid divided and maybe even a special.

Encouraging tick up. It will be interesting to see how far the next leg up takes us.

The risk/reward ratio looks very good here: with a stop just below the quadruple bottom and a lot of recovery to go for. Supportive fundamentals, too.

Miton Asset Management Ltd.as of 24 Jun 2019 4.85m 4.13%

This could be the culprit for the day's selling. Just a guess, Liontrust have a larger stake.

They clearly aren't straight 'sells' (don't trust ADVFN's algo which merely looks at mid-price). Lots of other things could be going on.

Failed Naked Trader play here.

But a possible triple bottom on that chart with a couple of big chunks of volume (possibly the sellers holding the price back cleared) just gone through.

Thanks jonwig.

From the interim results presentation:

It is perhaps worth bearing in mind that there is a lot more to the business than the property segment - and that does not look to be the key growth driver.

Yes - consensus eps are 13.1p and the two brokers say 'strong buy'.

But ... construction activity was weak post-year end so outlook might be uncertain.

Bought back in here today after selling a few months ago.

120p or thereabouts is a quadruple bottom on the chart above. The Company has confirmed (26 May) that "revenue for FY20 will be not less than £108.0 million". A single digit P/E looks to cheap to me for a company continuing to grow.

Time to buy was around 120p. Looking for an entry point, if 160p resistance goes, could see a run back up to 200p?Any thoughts?
