The comfort we have if delays occur is that GAN seems to good at diversifying its products,at least,it seems to me.

The level 2 for this illiquid share is really only an indicative price for blocks ... You could put electronic orders in between prices which go unfollowed (unlike more liquid shares)so you need to have a real broker call and know what price will be accepted for "off screen" bids/offers as nobody wants to run up down the price on low vol. IMO

theres a delayed 50K sell, line of stock for sale continues
Mind you, when DAVY has done you're going probably have to pay around 50p for stock in any sort of decent size.

Individual MM's have got a 8p-10p spread on this on, ok, I know you can get inside that, but it is a tad ridiculous.

DAVY still on the offer @44p, it's WINS that have moved up, DAVY still stuck, but surely not for much longer. Might be last chance to pick up reasonable quantity of stock before whooosh!

The client will be spending $10m per year on user acquisition marketing.

Therefore the client must be expecting many 10s (if not 100s) of millions revenue per year.

GAN to participate materially in the revenue generated!

Must admit,they are looking good value and tempted to add a few more ,before Friday :)
Although one has also to be careful about going in too heavily in what can be illiquid stocks, but recent news-flow has ,imo, derisked this one.

Irish gaming firm GAN to bring ‘real money’ internet casino to Europe

Dermot Smurfit’s Game Account Network (GAN) has signed a $1.4m deal with a billion-dollar US casino giant to launch a real money, regulated online casino in Europe.

GAN will receive an upfront $1.4m cash payment to launch the Overseas Internet Casino on behalf of an unnamed casino business the company calls “the client”, but which it describes as a major multi-property casino operator in the regional US gaming market with revenues of over $1bn.

After a due diligence exercise, GAN has been selected to power the website and the mobile app behind the Overseas Internet Casino.

There is serious money behind the new Overseas Internet Casino, with an annual marketing budget estimated at $10m per year for the first seven years.

Yes, agree with bigdog, a proper broker is invaluable and saves you money if you want to build a reasonable position in stocks like these.
keeping a close eye on the sp,once DAVY starts to move might be worth nipping in and adding a few more as it could fly.

If you want to take a position in this stock >5-10k shares if suggest calling a real broker and have them contact a market maker and you will get a trade thru. I think everyone is underestimating how hard it is to do deals with this many large Indian casinos... In many states the Indians have the most political clout and for sure they were not going to be left out in the cold whilst the vegas operators locked everything up on casino and poker. It's been slow going but again proof is in the pudding I feel all of dermotts hard work will payoff!

Hard to work out exactly what they are selling off. Any ideas?And how much will they get for it?I would like to know about any profit sharing deal. GAN get a cut of revenues or just up front fees for software etc.Couple more of these and PTEC will buy them in a flash.Looks a real bargain given potential

DAVY still had a line of stock available last week, I know because I picked some up. They are on the offer again. Number of buys without share price rise suggests to me that they are still working their way through that line of stock.
Once that goes, this could shift north rapidly.
