Gamma Communications plc announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

 Following the above transaction, the Company has 373,451 ordinary shares held in treasury and 97,126,938 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
