They didn't post an RNS but Gamma bought another company "Satisnet" recently on August 17th. Looks like they want to get in on cybersecurity managed services and consulting

Still the largest holding at BRSC as suggested here.

Have had these on a watch list for a while given the dividend consistency. Seems to have been in a range from Spring 22 to August 23. Hitting a key support level now just above 1000p

Only issue with FTSE250, a lot like me probably hold this due to AIM IHT tax exemption, so a move to main market could be more minus than plus.

Well I ended up taking my loss recently selling at £12.
Just popped up on my radar again this morning due to the fall.
What is really annoying here is that management could give the share price a substantial boost by moving the company listing to the main market which would automatically see them become a constituent of the FTSE 250 so all the tracker funds would have to buy in.
The business has long since outgrown AIM.
Given that it seems to have established a trading range I might have another bite around 1050 and then sell at 12.

After all the recent mergers and consolidation in the telecommunications space, I'm starting to wonder if a hostile takeover will be on the cards in the future by BT or another mega telco

Too thinly traded this one, the more I observe the more I wonder if it's just market makers pushing this around between 10.50 and 12.50

There are many such. Market will eventually turn but it doesn't pay to be too early.

Great business, great Stocko metrics, bombed out share price, excellent chart potential on a breakout.
Perhaps the diminutive dividend explains lack of interest?
I don't currently hold.

Looks as steady as a rock but just not loved by the market at the moment for some reason.

Well, I had decided to wait for this update and have to say that it looks pretty good, shame the market is completely unimpressed!
Still not clear whether to hold or sell!
