Gamingking plc Acquires Independent Leisure Supplies

Gamingking plc has with effect from the 4th November 2005, acquired Independent
Leisure Supplies, the registered members' club supply business, and located in
Bishop Auckland Co. Durham.

Paul Davison, an individual with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the
North East club market place, formed Independent Leisure Supplies, a privately
owned business, three years ago.

Independent Leisure Supplies will now operate under the Kelly's Eye and
Lotteryking brand names.

Commenting on the acquisition, Gamingking's CEO Nicholas Watkins said: 'With
such a large concentration of registered members clubs in the North East of
England, it is a very important region for Gamingking and its subsidiary
companies. The region deserves the very best in customer service, product choice
and technical innovation and the acquisition of Independent Leisure Supplies is
a strategic step in helping us deliver this club commitment. Paul Davison, with
his wealth of experience, knowledge and personality will be a valuable addition
to the team and we are delighted that he is joining us'.

Paul Davison commented: 'Being a sole operator for the past three years has been
immensely enjoyable but I realised that if my business was to achieve its full
potential and grow, then I needed the support of a major force in the market. A
closer link to Gamingking, with Kelly's Eye, Lotteryking and Logoking in its
stable was a very appealing proposition. I am very much looking forward to the
future and my ability to now be able to provide my valuable customers with a far
more comprehensive and competitive service'.

This was a cash transaction and no shares were issued as part of the
transaction.

The Company was today notified that on 23 August 2005 Barry Stack sold 2,100,000
ordinary shares in the Company at 2.3p per share. Barry Stack continues to hold
18,655,300 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.42% of the issued
share capital of Gamingking.
